We had a wonderful experience with First Choice ER in Conroe, they were so clean, professional, caring and attentive. You guys were so good with my 3 year old son Ryder, he was comfortable and not scared at all. The cartoons on the TV kept him distracted away from the cut on his hand. We came in for a football injury, and I was dreading spending my evening in the ER. We decided to try the new First Choice ER-Conroe. The front office was kind and friendly. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was very clean. We were in and out in an hour including the x ray and splinting of the broken arm. The next day the doctor called to see how he was doing! Just a overall awesome experience.
We had a great experience at First Choice last weekend. Our toddler's foot has been bothering him, and we debated back and forth on bringing him in for an x ray. We finally decided to bring him to First Choice last Sunday. Our little guy is really afraid of people in scrubs, but the staff here was so patient and understanding.
