Very compassionate staff, quick service, couldn't have gone to a better place. This was a Godsend in my emergency!
I took my son to Memorial Hermann's ER for a sports injury. Our wait was going to be several hours because the waiting room was FULL of sick and/or injured people. We left MH and went to First Choice as a last resort. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. First Choice ER in Conroe is an awesome place they are so clean, nice and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. You guys were so good even when it was just a little spider bit and not what I thought it was! Thanks for caring and having fun with the spider I brought you! :)
This place was great! I took my husband in for an eye injury. There was no waiting. They got him right in. The nurse and doctor were very nice and did a great job treating my husband. The front desk assistances were amazing and very helpful. I recommend them for any emergency situation.
No wait time, nice and friendly staff. We were in and out, they were very thorough. Would definitely recommend and would also use them again!
I'm a new mom to a boy, I've heard lots of stories about how many accidents little boys have. Last month my baby fell busting his lip and cutting his gum. We decided to go to First Choice and we were really happy with how fast, knowledgable and patient the staff was. The facility was spotless. I hope we don't have to make another ER trip any soon, but if we did, now we have a FIRST CHOICE.
The Dr. and nursing staff were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly when our little one had her first real fever after normal pediatricians hours. No wait, and no unnecessary medical care that you find when other hospitals want to rake up the bill! I would go again if needed.
I was seen immediately upon arrival. The staff quickly diagnosed and treated me. All of the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.
My first experience with First Choice ER was on 10-16-2015. I had been having some bad lower back pain that was going down into my leg. We went late in the afternoon and we were seen right away. The staff was so nice and the doctor was very caring. This location is new and very close to my home. Thank you everyone for being so nice and taking good care of me.
