Extremely friendly
Do not waste your time at this ER unless you have plenty of money. I went in for a simple tetanus shot and wanted to get an antibiotic. After I had been attacked by a dog. 3 months later after my insurance company paid them of $1,500.00 I still owe $1,200.00. for a simple tetanus shot. I would recommend driving to any other ER….. Don’t waste your money at this one.
Total crooks. I was there 5 minutes and the doctor barely saw me, and I was the only patient in the whole place. Never did any tests just looked at me and assumed. I ended up at the hospital the next day. Absolutely horrible and they charge you outrageously for 5 minutes of their time I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never go there again.

Our 9yr old son was injured in the back of the head last night and required staples. The entire Staff was AMAZING and we were in and out in under 1HR. They made my son feel calm and were so compassionate and friendly! Extremely impressed.
The billing here is corrupt and expensive. This was over a year ago, and it takes that long for the bill to show up, and they will hound you for it. Just to come in is $700. Insurance won't cover it. Their parent corporation is filing for bankruptcy, so that says a lot. The facility and staff was nice, everything was top notch, but unless you're dying, go anywhere else.
Absolutely horrible. I came in after hours with my son because he had an ear infection and I couldn't get into his Dr office. I told the er Dr what the problem was and he literally spent 10 min with my son and wrote a prescription for augmentin and I got a huge bill for over 1,000 and I am absolutely baffled how someone can be ok with charging so much for an ear infection! Listen it was crazy expensive and in the outcome we didn't need anything and spent crazy amount of money. But I know that my boyfriend is not going to die and he will be fine and I'd like to thank the doctor and nurses for being amazing the doctor broke down everything for us to understand. He answered all my concerns and I wish he was our primary doctor to always go see him. I recommend anyone if the have an emergency to use this place everyone is sweet and nice
