It has been many year's since I have met a more efficient and caring group of medical staff. From the doctor to the receptionist , they all deserve warm praise to a great thank you from me!
This is the second time having to use this ER and Dr. Smaistra was amazing both times. Very clean friendly staff! Love not having to wait......
Awesome place! Staff, Nurses and Physicians were all very nice and caring. Facility is very clean and sanitized. Services were exceptional and we were there maybe an hour.
First off I'd like to start out saying that this facility is nice. All the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The only problem was the doctor, and I'd say that's an important part of an emergency. I was seeking treatment for a very painful and swollen finger. It was not an acute injury but more of a gradual onset over the course of the week. I was advised by my primary doctor to go to an ER due to the risk of infection. Outrageous bills after the visit. I will never visit this place again. One location charged me $72.00 for the oxygen level test (clamp on your finger) Richmond, Texas, Conroe charged $135.00! Charges are out of this world! Beware of the bills that come after the copay.
I have been struggling with First Choice since November of last year. I went to this location for an ear ache. The claim is still not paid because it was missing information. 7 months and many calls later, I am hopeful it will get submitted correctly. Don't think I will go here again!!!!
Loved the treatment I had here. They give wonderful service to their patients.
