If you’re not dying would not go back. Went in with known staph infection. They took vitals, 5 minutes of their time. Doctor came in looked at my leg, confirmed it was staph. Yep, you drained it all, nothing I can do there. 2 minutes of his time. Wrote two 12$ prescriptions. Left with a Bill from fcer for $650 and about a month later another bill from the physicians group for $630. I’ve worked in healthcare for 12 years and this is absurd and 100% the problem. I was in there let’s say 30mins with bills totaling $1280 for two... read more

I came here on a Sunday morning having horrible abdominal pain. They took blood and a CT scan, then sent me home with cramping medicine. Later that day, the pain was unbearable..I decided to go to a bigger hospital. They kept me overnight and ran lots of tests including another CT and they said it came back abnormal. I’m now getting surgery to have my gall bladder removed. I would recommend going to a normal hospital before coming back to this one.

I went in yesterday after leaving Conroe ER due to well it’s Conroe Hospital so it kinda of explains it self. The RN/CT lady was absolutely amazing as well as the doctor. I was in so much pain and needed help sitting, laying and standing and she made sure to help me the entire time. They made everything so much better with me being scared and alone. (It was storming and I didn’t want my mom to drive in it an hour to me) I highly recommend this place. Cannot thank them enough for taking good care of me.

My son had a high fever when he woke up this morning so I took him here. The staff and doctor were very polite and caring. My son was seen almost immediately and they were very extensive in their work and figuring out what was wrong and what he needed. The insurance we had covered the visit, but even if it didn’t it would be worth the bill in times of emergencies to go here because you will be taken care of fast and the right way!

I was seen on a Sunday. I had dental work about 4 days earlier and I was in agony. I had probably overdosed on over the counter pain meds and I had a strong pain med prescribed by my dentist 11 days prior....when I first went in to the dentist regarding my teeth! I had 2 tabs left of those meds that gave me a little relief! I was kind of stress out in not know what to do when that ran out! So I tried to contact my dentist (no response) I called my insurance nurse line and they advised me to seek treatment because the antibio... read more

going to an actual emergency room will save you money. it was labor day when we went, our regular PCP was out for the holiday. my husband is a truck driver and didn't want to take off work, so we went to this facility... we were impressed by them, because they advised us, that my husband did not need medical care, and that they wouldnt like to treat him, because it could be costly. I was very happy, "thanks for not making us waste money"... However, we got a bill today for $377.. we literally owe $377 for them to tell us "We... read more

My BP was crashing while out shopping recently and First Choice was right around the corner. Professional from beginning to end. I felt everyone there was hands on and ready to help in any way possible. They kept me very comfy during assessment and treatment. Dr. Caraway was super kind with great bedside manner and even called me the day after to check on me. The nurses, staff, etc. were equally as kind and professional. I would return in a heartbeat.
