Responsive and good work quality
The team from First Choice did a great job to clean the furniture in time for the holidays. They took extra caution to protect the hardwood floors as we just had these refinished. Great job and I would highly recommend them and use them again.
The contractors were on time, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job.
I reached out to the company to have my rugs cleaned and to have a few spots of cat urine removed. Paul called me a couple times and was great to speak with on the phone he explained everything, sent estimates and booked my appointment. The day of the appointment the two technicians arrived they were very courteous they explained every aspect of what was going to be done and what the charges would be. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional.
My dog had many accidents on both area rugs and First Choice Carpet Cleaners were able to remove all the stains and odor. This company has also cleaned my Dad's carpets and a recliner. All work was excellent and I will call again when the need arises.
Reliable, enjoyable workers, good work! I contacted them via email and within a couple of hours I received a return phone call. Paul then sent me his quote via email. I was able to schedule carpet and upholstery cleaning the next day. I'm very happy with their service and will return to this company for future cleaning needs.
