The carpet looks great, tech was an issue, he was 45 minutes late, upon arrival requested use of my bathroom, then spent 15 minutes giving me his life story. Before I hired him I asked if he moved furniture as I am a senior citizen with serious back issues, and he assured me yes. He moved dining room chairs heavy ottoman and a coffee table. I recently had **** clean all my carpeted areas as well as some furniture. This is the second time I have used First Choice and I will continue to do so. **** was friendly but professional, he informed me about any problem areas. Don't wait for warm weather to call him--he put a baffle on my door and it really kept the cold air out. Thanks, ****!

Paul was excellent both doing the necessary cleaning and to work with. He spent considerably longer than originally anticipated due to having white carpet which hadnâ t been professionally cleaned for years. Highly recommended.
