The carpet looks great, tech was an issue, he was 45 minutes late, upon arrival requested use of my bathroom, then spent 15 minutes giving me his life story. Before I hired him I asked if he moved furniture as I am a senior citizen with serious back issues, and he assured me yes. He moved dining room chairs heavy ottoman and a coffee table. I sat outside while he was working and came into the house for a glass of water, found him sitting in my overstuffed chair, feet up on ottoman talking on the phone!!!! Paul did a phenomenal job on my carpet, especially areas where there were stubborn stains. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great cleaning and someone who is dedicated to getting the job DONE RIGHT! Thank you for a terrific job!
Paul was excellent both doing the necessary cleaning and to work with. He spent considerably longer than originally anticipated due to having white carpet which hadnâ t been professionally cleaned for years. Highly recommended.
