I use them every year and they do an excellent job. I have cats and one had "accidents" on the carpet. When First Choice is done, the stains and odors were completely gone.
First Choice Carpet Cleaners came and cleaned our older velvet couch. Excellent stain removal and they restored it's beauty completely. Paul even brushed out the couch since it is a specialty fabric. Paul gave us a reminder call the night before, plus let us know when they were on their way to our home on the day of cleaning. That extra mile of customer service was most appreciated. I'd definitely recommend First Choice Carpet Cleaners. I know I'll be calling them when it's time for our carpeted stairs to be cleaned.
Paul and his team REALLY know carpets! My carpet was over 15 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. I was thinking about just getting new carpet to prepare for selling the house, but Paul identified it was high quality carpet and thought it could be saved. He suggested I have 2 rooms done to see if the results would be good enough, so I gave him the biggest trouble spot. They removed stains I thought would never come out!
