My friend and I viewed a flat, applied for tenancy and managed to sign our tenancy agreement all within 1 week, which included a bank holiday weekend! The efficiency! Whilst we found the background checks with a third party were quite intrusive, this did not reflect poorly on the agents as they were very helpful.
