At this particular point in time I would not recommend this service center to others. When they do a good job they're great. When things don't go right they do not provide an acceptable resolution. About 3 months ago they replaced our Dodge Neon motor mounts. I don't recall if they gave us the option to install manufacturer's or 3rd party parts, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt by them installing 3rd party parts.
