went ahead and gave Firestone a second opportunity to show some great service. I brought my car in yesterday on September 9 and spoke to Jessie. At that point I clearly stated to Jessie who is supposed to be the manager that no matter what I need my car back by end of business on the 10th. I had the car in there for an inspection, transmission fluid change and wheel ailment. This project is going to be $507 for completion. Got off work discovered tire low indicator light on low air..called ahead..the guy said sure bring it on in..ill get you patched before close...7:00 told him turning at Plaza now be there in a minute.....get there...the guy tells me I'll have to leave it overnight..and cost $44.00. for a "plug"....well drove across street to "Tire Express"..which is where two other customers also followed us...they will get it no problem....and $11.00....so guess where Firestone can go...!!!!!
Love this firestone location usually. Ryan in particular is awesome. This time around though I brought my van in for some crazy rattling, shaking, vibrating thing going on and they told me I needed spark plugs. Ok, cool. $428 later I have new spark plugs and wires and the diagnostic fee. Van sounds exactly the same. Did some digging with a friend and the fan has no blades. None. Not a blade in sight. How did you miss that, y’all? $190 for the part and a couple of hours in the driveway later, it works.
Will never take my car anywhere else other than chimney hill firestone. I wouldn't trust any other shop more

We always take our vehicles to Firestone and they always take care of us. I typically try to use local businesses but Firestone has a amazing warranty and since we travel I like knowing if something happens while on the road I can go to any Firestone and get that same great quality. But Chimney Hill Firestone is our favorite, they are truthful and dependable. And their prices aren't outrageous and will even look to see what type of coupons and specials they are running so you don't have too.
