I've been a customer and placing orders with your company for a little over a year now. i love the services i have received and the items i have ordered have been great! i am a small time jewelry maker and sell my items in a local store i only use glass or real gemstones in my items and have been very pleased with the quality that i receive. and love that its packed with love and shipped with a free gift :-) if i could change or make a suggestion it would be to add more ring size options! not EVERYONE. wears a size 7 this li... read more
I can't disagree more with the other two bad reviewers. I have also been a customer of fmg for years and I still buy from my local bead stores. I don't know where this unethical business practice idea comes from but this company is not what has been said about it. Everyone has their opinions and if they don't like fmg then they simply don't have to shop there. The site is a fabulous world of inspiration that I subscribe to. Wow, a third party service provider was responsible. FMG apologized and corrected. I hope your customers and associates are more understanding and forgiving towards you if you are ever in a similar situation. There are 2 bead stores within 30miles of me, one has zero customer service and limited supplies, the other is great with excellent customer service but again limited supplies. FMG offers great customer service, reasonable price, and a wide variety of supplies, and options.
