I just want to say that Fire Mountain Gems is really great! Their white sale that's going on is fantastic and I was able to get a lot of beads for a very great price! Also, when I ordered some beads, I realized they wrote my address wrong so my package wasn't delivered. So I emailed them and they fixed it right away! I highly suggest ordering from them, their customer service is great!
Unfortunately I reordered a mix of GEMSTONE bracelets which had turned out to be nice enough at the previous time. This time though, all 5 sets were containing glass, plastic and some manmade yucky whatever, with 10 out of 25 being fully gemstone (well, 3 of them stone, who calls landscape stone as a gemstone anyways???) After waiting for the promised "order correction" a couple of weeks now (haven't even replied my email now), I am starting to think FMG is trying to swipe this under the carpet. I can't say enough good things about this company! My mail carrier delivered my package to the wrong house but thankfully my neighbor was nice enough to bring it to me. When I opened it up there were several shattered glass beads in one of the packs. I emailed them and the very same day they sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service! All of the beads I ordered are so beautiful!
