My order for $34.40s worth of beads arrived today....overpackaged in a large box stuffed with bubble wrap and extortionate shipping fee of $34.50 added to which was a $30 customs fee, the officials' attention being attracted by the overpackaging. How is it I can buy supplies from India,China, UK, and Australia,and other US suppliers and the shipping varies from free to $14 in value...and no customs duties are levied? something wrong with your shipping and packaging policy here.

I got my first order from Fire Mountain Gems and Beads (yay!!) and one of the items I bought was a mix pendant set and the dolphin tail in the set of pendants in the bag was broken. I called to let them know and not only are they shipping a new complete package out, I get to keep the one I have! Wonderful costumer service!!!
