Not impressed with how y'all deal with issues. When we have an issue, we are a small business, and we need it fixed asap. We shouldn't have to go through six steps to fix it ourselves and be on the phone for an hour at a time. That cuts into our business and distracts us from completing our tasks. Finally got a very nice woman named Linda Lee on the phone and she is wonderful. Five stars for Linda Lee, one for the rest of Fire Mountain.
Best. Bead store. Ever. 99% of the time they have EVERYTHING I will ever need. (So far only 1 thing will have to be backordered) Great sales and deals on everything they offer, a gift with with each purchase, and all sorts of awesomeness that just keeps me coming back. If I could I'd show up on their doorstep and just hug everyone. I love you guys!

I've been dealing with this company for about a year now and had my first problem with shipping through them.
