I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Fire Mountain gems. Customer service is exemplary and even standard shipping is the fastest I've ever seen. Even though I'm a fairly new customer, I've placed several orders and they have all been above standard in performace. Keep it up!

I placed a $200 order and when my box arrived it was completely empty. I called Fire Mountain Gems and the lady I spoke with was very kind and they replaces my WHOLE order at no additional cost. I then called the Post Office and my order was insured up to $100, so got all my beads plus $100 back!! Thank you Fire Mountain for your superb customer service!!
