I once asked your people to recommend materials that would hold up in water. The customer service rep was HONEST and told me that jewelry materials do not hold up in water. Thanks to that answer, I was able to warn a client to not wear her piece in water. Your rep had apologized for the inconvenience, but her answer saved me and my client a lot of inconvenience.

You are, without a doubt, the single best supplier for customers like me who are (gasp!) across the border! Your competitors could learn a lesson from you about shipping fee policies, as you would be shocked how many charge us lowly Canadians 100% (i.e. $50 worth of product, $50 shipping; $100 products, $100 shipping. Not joking!). I cannot even thank you enough for treating us with respect with your flat-rate $5 shipping to Canada. You will have all of the business I can possibly give you!
Love this company. Other internet and mail order companies can take lessons from Fire Mountain. Every order I have placed with them from the customer service rep, they are always professional and pleasant (what company today answers the phone on the first ring like they do!), to my order arriving on a timely basis, is another high mark in my book for this company. And who does not like the free gift in each order!
