What a whopping, stinking mistake your IT/advertising department made, trying to encroach on Whimbeads! You don't have enough business? Fire Mountain is threatened by a family business?? You just lost a couple of customers here in NJ. What you did was wrong and that mealy mouthed apology was pathetic.
NICE, how I just left you a SCATHING comment about your disgusting ethics, with ZERO stars....and upon posting the comment, my entire comment disappears and my post suddenly has FIVE STARS?? You really are something lousy in the business world.
Unethical corporate giant,the Walmart of the beady world. Calling all beaders to boycott this company. I have been a customer for years, not anymore. Pushing small bead stores out of business should be the motto of FMG instead of masquerading as one.
Stealing another bead store's name and using it to advance your company on a google search is vile and unethical. I will not shop you ever, not that I have before and I will go out of my way to not recommend your company to anyone I know. Shame on you. If my fellow beaders care about beads and the people who love and bring them to us, they will not shop you.
I've worked in bead shops and bought from bead shops for years. Online or offline, FMG has the best customer service. The selection is better than some bead shows I have been too and the pictures are accurate to what you are buying in color and shape. I will continue to order from FMG and would recommend them other bead enthusiasts.
Your business tactics disgust me. Out of one side of your mouth you try to make your customers assume you support LBS' but in actuality you take steps to purposefully take business away from them. You have zero business ethics. Pick on someone your own size if you feel you must direct your energy towards another business. Leave the small Mom & Pop companies alone!
I don't know of any words to describe their business ethics. Your advertising staff went after a small business owner. They new what they were doing. It is hard to believe that anyone would do this without contacting the owners. A new low in business ethics has been set by Fire Mountain.
I will no longer do business with this company that tries to take business from smaller bead sellers.
