Fior, led by Pedrom, took over the management of our freehold property with five flats sharing the freehold. Compared with the previous leasehold management company who were utterly useless unresponsive and expensive Pedrom and Fior are a breath of fresh air. He can be contacted with ease, always responds and is active in pursuit of problems. He is proactive in dealing with contractors and always has the freeholders interests to the fore. I could not speak more highly of Fior Asset and Property and of Pedrom in particular.

I can’t recommend Pedrom and his team enough. We had a challenging block we parted company with our previous management company got Pedrom onboard and within weeks we knew we’d made the right choice. To have someone so knowledgeable in management and law was a big relief not to mention the out of hours conversations and reassurance from Pedrom. Thanks again Pedrom for all your hard work! Highly recommended.

Our property has only just come under Fior management and I can’t say enough good things about them as they’ve brought the place up-to-date and managed everything up to standard if not better and the person that leads this management team, Pedrom is friendly and very personable, he takes the time to listen and takes on any issues you might have and gives them the consideration you’d expect. We are very happy to have Pedrom and Fior as our Factor. .

Fior took over management of my development earlier this year. Compared to the previous factors they are much more responsive and Pedrom in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in resolving issues. They also saved us money on our block buildings insurance. I recently sold my flat and so cannot comment on a full annual cycle of accounts.
