I accidentally dropped a 99p humus in store and politely apologised and asked if I could grab a replacement. The women on the register was really rude and told me I should pay for it and then charged me 3 times for it. I will never shop there again. No customer service!!!
Ridiculous experience. Bought a box of 6 mangos. 5 were bad discoloured and weird. I went to get a refund. Had to go back 3 times for the manager who refused a 6.99 refund..cashier playing more vex than me about it...if i had time on my hands i would definitely picket outside the shop! Also i think they do not value black/brown people
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! The chicken has a very bad smell to it !!! I went to get it changed and the butchers started to argue with me !! Ended up getting the chicken changed and was told I should be happy for getting it free ?!?! I took the chicken home the one that they exchanged and started cooking to find out it has a smell to it also !! ( not the first time it happened ) !!
The meat man was very very he need to change his attitude he was very, very rude
