I have worked with Finlay Estates for 8 years and I find them very responsive and caring, never had any issues. I have read the previous reviews and they are neighbours in the same building which I know very well. The part with cleaner not getting paid is not true and if you want homeless people kicked out if the building you need to pay for private security for the building which is 100k and the leaseholders do not want to pay that. I operate a number of leasehold properties and these are by far the worst management company I have ever encountered. Extremely rude especially one of their employees called Mark, unresponsive to emails from leaseholders with problems being highlighted, very high costs for simple work, charged £18,000 to redecorate a very small area in a shared block that would have cost a fraction of this. AVOID this company at all costs.
Finlay estates are the worst ever. They don't care about the block or the safety of the people that live in there. They don't maintain the block at all, it is poorly looked after. The tenants go around cleaning the block and kicking people out that sleep and smoke drugs in the block. Finlay Estates are absolutely terrible. They've taken over the block in September 2016, and most of the services have stop immediately. No cooperation with flat owners, no help when homeless people were breaking into the block and trashing it, and no help with the police investigation either. The block is in a terrible state, even a basic cleaning is not performed regularly. The previous caretaker has left as hasn't been paid for over 3 months.
