A con. Finest rely on you being stupid enough to pay unsubstantiated, extortionate prices - which buyers will not see a return on investment on. You are buying into a facade and at a premium. Finest overvalue. They would be pricing at London prices if they could. It is unfair and unethical. This estate agent single-handedly inflated property prices in Northumberland.
