I've wasted £3000 here. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, rude receptions who are very disorganised. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
I had good experience all the way from last year when I started the treatment until final stages in December when I came for crown fitting. It was not ready and it was cancelled. I have been waiting for appointment all January and now I cannot get through any phone lines. I can’t speak to anyone. Have tried all clinics in London all of them cut you off regardless if you select option new or existing customer. What happens now? Money paid in full. Where do I get my crown? Have they gone bust?
