Absolutely terrible service. Arranged to have the car picked up and declined the courtesy car options (as they are inferior and more costly to run than my own). They had overstretched themselves and then refused to come and collect mine on the date and time we had agreed. Massive waste of time.
A reliable repair centre and a Tesla certified repairer.
After raising an issue though my insurance company was called within hours to be booked in for an assessment. Within a week booked in and car collected from address within a day of that. On collection of the car it was inspected thoroughly to protect myself and their business. All staff have been very friendly and informative. After being in the car industry before I felt that this business has it right with customer service.
Extremely poor communication, late on pick up, late with the completion of the repair and to top it off didn’t arrange drop of my car after the repair was complete. A member of the customer services team did reach out to discuss the issues experienced but that was it, he did apologise for the poor communication. Can’t fault the quality of the repair, hence the 3 stars and not 1 star.
