FLF have provided a fantastic service from start to finish. From entering the shop, they were not pushy and let me take my time to peruse stock, being on hand to support where needed. I saw some carpets that I liked, so they came out and did a free measure of my home and gave me a quote; great price and value. They put me in their diary at a time convenient for myself. The fitters came. They were very polite and professional, and transformed my shell into a home. Thank you.
