Jim was excellent, professional, and made me feel confident that they would take care of my Tucson. They had it ready for me in less than an hour, clean and ready. I have read the other reviews, and totally not my experience. I found their sales staff friendly, helpful and honest to deal with. I really like the service department. They were very attentive and worked the car through quickly. They were thorough and efficient. I heard no rude comments between staff and front desk person. She was on the phone the whole time, but it was with customers and she seemed to know her stuff.
They have absolutely horrible customer service!!!! I’m in the waiting room listening to them ( Keaton from sales and Jodi the secretary) complain about customers. Extremely loudly I might add. Jodi has been on the company phone making multiple personal phone calls. More than answering incoming customer calls. Hope her poor cat doesn’t hate being declawed. We had an awful experience through Hyundai and Findlay continued that experience. Our 2017 Santa Fe has under 45k miles on it. Engine seized on a short road-trip and our car was towed to Findlay. Hyundai denied the replacement because the previous owner had not done the initial oil changes at Hyundai.
