I've been a landlord with Finders since the last century! I've been using this office since it opened and always had great service. They write good reports and manage issues quickly, which is important to me as I like my tenants to be happy in their homes. Now many years later, they have helped me divest and been very gracious and helpful. Thank you, much appreciated. :-)

Absolutely disgusting. We inquired about a property 25th July and asked to view it as soon as possible, Holly was the letting agent and she sounded like she was talking down to us even though we were nothing but polite. She told us the landlord lived abroad so we’d have to wait for their response (even though the property was empty) however we went with it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the best experience with Abi, she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We all know how stressful moving house can be, but Abi and her team made me feel completely looked after from start to finish. Professional, kind, and super responsive. I couldn’t have asked for better support during the process. Highly recommend!

Allowed our landlord to extort us for more money than we should have paid to leave early by breaking the terms of the contract. Reported issues were hardly ever resolved. Absolutely awful and rude customer service, tennants beware and avoid. There is no money in the world that would convince us to rent from this company again.
