During an unxepected house hunt, Emma from the East Oxford lettings dept was so friendly, reassuring, and supportive - she made the process easy despite stressful circumstances. If that service level is anything to go by, I have no doubt the property management with our new home will be great.
Finders Keepers were absolutely great. I was able to move into a new flat within the week of making contact with Finders Keepers to look for a flat. Rebecca was very helpful and responsive and able to organize this very quick move in for me. And Lily has been great tending to any help with the property after move in. Overall great experience!

My husband and I stayed at a flat managed by Finders Keepers in the Headington area for two years, and we would have loved to keep staying, if we hadn't moved overseas. The FK team was responsive and very professional from the moment we first got in touch about viewing the unit until the final deposit was processed. Our landlord was similarly responsive and understanding about rent increases and repairs. We really appreciate our time there and wish the FK staff (especially Claire) all the very best!
