They source the properties, handle refurbishments, legal stuff, find tenants, handle all maintenance and even arrange for building insurance. If you are looking for a hands-off way to invest in UK residential property, this is a good option. They have always been responsive, replying to emails promptly. Also they have various offers that enable people to get started with very modest capital, without leverage.
