I have been with this Doctors surgery for around 6 years, I have found everyone including reception really really supportive and efficient. I am sad to be leaving as we are now out of catchment. Can’t praise Dr Rich and all the other staff members enough. I have always been able to get a face to face appointment when needed for myself or my son, have been signposted to other services when needed and have always been treated with dignity and respect.
Unable to get through to book appointment, closed all day due to "staff training". Clearly patients are not important...
The surgery has failed me for years. My ADHD wasn't diagnosed after lots of problems relating to it. CBTs and deep breaths don't work that well for ADHD. God help you if you have a mental illness or developmental problem and you're with this lot. I had to get myself diagnosed privately. Then the surgery went back on their word to offer me shared care. I don't blame Dr Mellows, he was a good doctor. I can't get into another surgery as I'm out of catchment or they won't accept shared care. I have no Doctor anymore.
