I have suffer from severe mentall illnesses and im at a huge risk I came once when I was 13 for my eating disorder/bulimia and they never took it seriously or contacted me back even tho they said they would I came back when I was 15 cuz I got sent there again for my concerning thoguhts self harm truama and rlly bad mental health issues and suicidal tendencies they never took my dying mental health seriously said they'd put me on a one year waiting list for CBT threw me on anti depressants and send me home I never took the an... read more
An absolutely disgraceful experience. I had an appointment on Tuesday evening with the most dismissive, careless doctor. He completely overlooked everything I had said about a nosebleed I had for over an hour, blaming it on pollen. However when I had called 111 at the time of the incident they were extremely concerned. All this man does is sit there nodding his head typing up on the computers. At this point I could do his job better than he could. I have been going here since September 2024 and I had severe mental health issues. But Dr. Akinyele treated me so well that now I am completely fine. I am grateful to Dr. Akinyele for her support throughout my journey.
