He is difficult/impossible to reach when necessary meds require a refill. I have been trying via text, email, and telephone to contact Dr. Figueroa for my VERY ADHD child's medicine refill. No response. This means not only will the child have a very difficult day, but everybody else in the house will, too. Totally unacceptable!!!
