I have worked in care for 10 years and i have currently worked at figtree for almost 2 years and during this time i have learnt so many new things. The training we provide is excellent and i always feel part of a supportive team who are there to help when needed. I feel that this company cares particularly about offering flexible work to create a work/life balance especially for people with children.
Figtree House Care Ltd provided care for my parents over a four year period and I must say that they received excellent care. The carers were thoughtful and kind and supported by senior staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept up to date with information and had input when their care needs altered. Very compassionate and professional company. Thank you.
