Reception shouldn’t be working in service whatsoever. They don’t say hello when they answer the phone. Just what’s your DOB. Then they do everything they possibly can to persuade you not to have an appointment. I’ve had an eye infection for weeks and have already been taking drops from the pharmacy which haven’t worked.
