Fifth street management are the most awful, incompetent block managers i have ever come across. They take months and months to resolve even the smallest of issues, no one in the office is willing to do anything outside of their delegated work. Terrible service, shocking management skills and extremely rude and unhelpful staff.
If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. These guys are awful - god knows how they're still in business. The block manager we've been dealing with is useless! It's like pulling teeth trying to get anything done. Frustrating that only the 1 block manager for the whole building can help with any inquiry - no one else in the whole company can ever be bothered to even try to help. If you're thinking of employing these guys to manage your building then think again - they'll not worth it!
