A disgrace, I have contacted fife letting service on a number of occasions. In regards to a flat they lease in church street. The amount of people they have living in a 2 bed flat is ridiculous. I have sent a number of emails about this situation and heard nothing. The people in this property have had numerous neighbours having to address the noise.
