My experience with them has been horrible. The realtor we had has been sick and wouldn't return my calls or texts or update our listing. And they wouldn't put us with someone else to handle our listing until she got better. They are the least responsive real estate agency I've dealt with in WV so far. They're rating should be even lower than what it is. Isn't there anyone in the Summersville area who can help us sell our house???
We are trying to sell our house we hired them and even listed under market value to sell quickly the agent we were assigned ignores our phone calls and texts and we have to call the main office several times to get ahold of somebody after days of calling we finally were able to cancel our contract to sell our home just goes to show why they have less than a 4 star rating if you don’t want a lazy realtor who ignores you and still expects a commission for essentially doing absolutely nothing to try and market and sell your hou... read more
