Carol, the Associate Director, was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.
The lettings team are brilliant! They really take care of their tenants and landlords. They take maintenance issues and compliance seriously. Would 100% recommend.
I’ve had a great experience with FHP Living, especially thanks to Ben Manifold. The process was clear and well managed, and communication was excellent throughout. Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Very poor,I received a notice of a property listing , I immediately completed the necessary requirements, giving full details inc availability of viewing . Time passed nothing I ended up messaging Mr Cook who I believe is overall on The Park property's, I had a reply via a staff member 10pm over the weekend saying they tried to contact me ,which they hadnt ,of course there is e mail ,nothing there or missed calls. While I did have some frustration dealing with one admin point of contact, Zofia Blaszko, the property consultant, was absolutely amazing, reassuring and responsive the entire time. I managed to find a beautiful home and secure it thanks to Zofia, who’s been incredibly sweet and is absolutely exceptional at what she does.
