The only thing I have to say is that I wish there was a better way to evaluate the people coming in. The nurses and doctors were great once we got past triage, which at this time he was told there were no beds and he would have to go back to the waiting room. They did apologize, but throwing up in front of people and having cold sweats doubled over moaning in extreme pain was not something anyone wants to be around. We had to go three times to the desk. The entire staff at Thompson is amazing. The hard work they do and always have a sense of humor to lighten the mood. From the time I walked in the door, every question was answered and every concern was met. I had my gallbladder removed, was nervous at first, but excited to finally be pain free. Ken and his team in the SCC were stellar...you can't ask for better people to care for you. VIP treatment all the way!

They provided me with excellent service and everyone was very professional and friendly. They treated me for a mini stroke and the robotics they used for my operation made for a speedy recovery. They are my hospital of choice.
