Train your staff better. I was recently a patient at your rehab services in farmington. The therapists were exceptional. Howver the office staff is a joke. I went 10 times i was told my bill was all set as insurance covered it. Then i got a bill today for over 600.00 just to call and find out i should expect another one for the rest of my services. So it went from you staff telling me i owe nothing to oweing you over 1000.00.
