Very clean environment. Friendly and professional staff, even with a full ER & overflowing waiting room. Thorough exam & diagnosis along with it all!
Dr r great but need more on .waited for. 6 hors. After 5 hour gave me a pain shot hurt so bad need mire dr on. Nures r great
Waiting is forever. Was there for 5 hrs almost before a doctor even came and saw me. Which only took maybe 10 mins
Great staff during my girlfriends 3 day stay. Only bad part was the attention given by Dr Shaw whose bedside manner and examination skills are lacking in compassion and knowledge

It was clean , friendly staff and the thought the Convenience was wonderful a flip down toilet right in the room and wait time wasn't bad either!!
It's clean. Even the ER is quiet. Staff is friendly and compassionate. .... I drive down from Rochester to come to this ER over the zoos in the city hospitals They treat you like a human and not a number just to get past.
