I went to get my glucose test (which was written on the paper i handed the receptionist who then confirmed i was there for a glucose test). The phlebotomist almost took my blood before giving me the drink ! I had to ask him to stop and tell him i didn’t drink yet. And he said “it’s too late to drink now” and i said no not water the glucose drink. Then he became flustered and gave me the drink. Don't plan on having any of the "Doctors" treat you with any respect or help you at all. Its so upsetting that people who actually need real pain treatment from their doctors or help at the emergency room can't get it because everyone and their mother is a drug addict. It doesn't matter that you just had major surgery or you broke your leg or you have serious chronic pain issues that cause debilitating pain and make your life unbearable. I was at F.F. Thompson today for an outpatient procedure. The nurses in the surgical area are outstanding. Special shout out to Jillian & Bronwyn. I felt safe and comfortable and well taken care of. The *only* reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was instructed to bring my own gluten free food, because they don’t have anything GF to provide. I’m surprised that a hospital doesn’t have options for people with Celiac or gluten intolerance.
Nurse was very Rude !! when I go to Emergency room that means you move fast ! Just saying ! I want to give a big thank you to Rosie GUITIREZ she always has gone above and beyond her job responsibilities! She has always help me and my family that don’t speak English make their visit go smoothly! She deserves recognition for sure!! Thank you Rosie!!

Had an excellent experience. My girl friend was there to deliver my daughter. Caring knowledgeable nurses and helpful doctors.
