They very nice and understand I was there for about 5 hours witch is not bad compared to the other hospitals I have been to they took really good care of me
Really great care. Was outpatient. 2 trips in the last 3 weeks. And absolutely nice people and outstanding care.
I was there yesterday with my grandson, he was treated in a timely matter & given good care. He still isn't doing very very well, but in time with good instructions from the ER hopefully he will heal soon :)
ER staff very professional and concerned with patient's care. The over three hour stay could be worked on.
We chose to go to Thompson Hospital in Canadaigua because the staff is wonderful. They are professional and always helpful. From checkin to the nurses, technicians and the doctors. Thanks for all you do.
Our baby boy, Mr. Wyatt Benson was born there on January 1st 2017, I must say the staff at the Birthing Unit was phenomenal.....If I could give 20 stars I would....excellent job everybody!
