Nurse was very Rude !! when I go to Emergency room that means you move fast ! Just saying ! I want to give a big thank you to Rosie GUITIREZ she always has gone above and beyond her job responsibilities! She has always help me and my family that don’t speak English make their visit go smoothly! She deserves recognition for sure!! Thank you Rosie!!
Absolutely disgusted with the manor of your staff. I wish I had gotten the nurses name on the 3rd floor who was completely nasty to me and my family. To the red faced, red haired nurse on the 3rd floor; you should be ashamed of yourself. You bring a bad name to all nurses. If you’re that miserable you probably should have picked a different profession. I’m sorry for any patient or family that has to experience your attitude.
