Wonderful people in ER! Everyone we encountered was caring and helpful. My daughter broke her ankle and the doctor even wheeled her out to my car.
They are very unorganized. Wish they would get on the same page as my awsome Dr's office. Also went all the way there waited an hr all to be told the machine was broken. It's a machine they rent because the hospital doesn't have their own.
John in triage great the rest of the experience not so great! Since when don't you get to see a dr? Only a tech rn and a pa came in was not a happy camper
This was my third time going there for my Bililary tube change after 14 years of going to Strong in Rochester every six weeks . I was apprehensive at first but every time it's gotten better . Yesterday was the best , being in the new unit was of course a plus but everything went smoothly, I had an excellent nurse and I felt very comfortable. It's a shorter trip , the traffic is less and the parking is great . So an excellent positive experience!
From Admin to the nursing staff and the Dr . I was treated great
