Waited for almost 2 hours in Emergency room for a Doctor while my wife was in Extreme pain. While everyone around us knew it and did nothing other than make sure paperwork was done. We asked for a doctor, the answer we would get is it will be soon. Ended up leaving and going to another Hospital where we got immediate care. I wish I could give No Stars for a rating.
My 10 month old's 1st trip to the ER at 1am on a Wednesday was easily the best experience I have had...at any hospital...EVER. I have never seen a more compassionate and genuine staff!
Is it possible to leave an "no star" rating? This is the only company I have ever dealt with that gave me attitude about wanting to pay a bill. They'll send you five bills a month but the second you want to pay they act like its beneath them to take your money.
