It was clean , friendly staff and the thought the Convenience was wonderful a flip down toilet right in the room and wait time wasn't bad either!!
It's clean. Even the ER is quiet. Staff is friendly and compassionate. .... I drive down from Rochester to come to this ER over the zoos in the city hospitals They treat you like a human and not a number just to get past.

Melissa is a super PT !!! Not sure what I'd do without her...she's as nice as she is good at her job !

The only thing I have to say is that I wish there was a better way to evaluate the people coming in. The nurses and doctors were great once we got past triage, which at this time he was told there were no beds and he would have to go back to the waiting room. They did apologize, but throwing up in front of people and having cold sweats doubled over moaning in extreme pain was not something anyone wants to be around. We had to go three times to the desk. Finally I told them he can't take the pain anymore and he may end up on ... read more
