This place should be shut right down. You people are a JOKE to even call yourself a hospital. I wish I could give you guys the 0 stars you deserve but unfortunately Facebook is unaware of how embarrassingly unprofessional you people are. Everything about this facility is embarrassing, the staff is probably where it really goes on the tubes. Call it quits cause you are failing miserably. Oh and this is just to start with the ER department.

I recently was a patient in the physical therapy department due to an arthritic hip. What an amazing journey the past couple months have been. My therapist Valerie McGrath is the most caring, kind, knowledgeable and motivating person, and she took me from not being able to perform simple daily functions to increasing my strength and flexibility to the point where i am able to do so much more. I came into the ER with chest pain, waited two hours (usual to wait) when I told them that I would rather the children be seen first and I will wait for my doctors appointment, a nurse said "K" and threw my medical records. I will NOT be coming back to this ER and I'm with drawling all my medical records and finding a new doctors office completely. That's extremely rude of a nurse and it took a lot in me not to say anything to her as she threw my paperwork.

My doctor told me of I didn't feel better to go to Thompson, so I did. Throwing up, abdominal pain, back pain, etc......the discharge nurse had the audacity to say..."the ER is here more for life threatening/saving procedures." So I got zip, zero, see ya later. I said to be frank, "Bullsh*t!!!! My doctor sent me here for more tests!" The poor nurse could take get my vitals because I told her I was upset, the discharge nurse said, "Oh I don't want to upset her anymore than she already is...."..because of Her in the first plac... read more
