RecommendedDid wonders for my father. Friendly staff. As busy as they were still made my family feel important.
Do not take your kids to F.F. Thompson ED and especially make sure you don't see Dr. Fenton! He does absolutely nothing! Filed a complaint against him and get told he did everything by the book. He never even came and seen Arabella until he discharged us. He had the nurses come tell us what he wanted which is all it was to give her a bottle and see if she'd keep it down. Her pediatrician 12hrs later did blood work and a chest x-ray validating our concerns and giving us a diagnosis, and to try Pedialyte if she wouldn't take h... read more

The triage nurse, Sarah, chastized my son because he didnt take any pain meds prior to being seen and questioned why we were in the ER then? (Essentially insinuating that my son must not be in too much pain and that we shouldnt be in the ER) She was unbelievably rude and discourtious! Then registration (Courtney) almost violated my son's HIPPA rights ( we were in the waiting room and it was filled with people) and became impatient with me because I called her on it and then asked for a more private location to give our perso... read more
