I came into the ER with chest pain, waited two hours (usual to wait) when I told them that I would rather the children be seen first and I will wait for my doctors appointment, a nurse said "K" and threw my medical records. I will NOT be coming back to this ER and I'm with drawling all my medical records and finding a new doctors office completely. That's extremely rude of a nurse and it took a lot in me not to say anything to her as she threw my paperwork.
The staff was great and very fun for me to pick in !! I am very please with thier service and the old man that gave me the flower wheeling me out had me from hello lol
Everyone there was great. They gave Holly a carnation and a thank you note attached when we left. Never seen any place do that!
Although I waited longer than I think I should have, the staff was awesome. They took very good care of me.
