Way too expensive for mediocre care. I'm still waiting to hear how they justify charging $500/hr for physical therapy. Especially when I asked prior to my appointments what the charge was and they told me I owe nothing.
So thankful to the lab staff today... had a scary situation and their staff stepped in and provided the most sensitive professional care to my child and supported both of us until it was safe for us to leave. Compassionate care. So thankful for the support and kindness we received.
I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, techs, housekeepers, maintenance, food service and any others I may have missed. I was recently on 3 East for 6 days with diverticulitis and I was taken care of splendidly. I will never forget your kindness and generosity. All of you please be safe. With gratitude, Tricia Mason
Visited there tonight with my daughter, who has a concussion unfortunately. But we were treated amazingly by Dr Baum, who has an amazing bedside manner and made sure she was comfortable the whole time and understood what was being done.
