Gr8 quality of shower enclosures of the Aqualux range top quality materials used in production
Absolutely appalling - no customer loyalty or common decency what so ever. I made an order by mistake, and they were unwilling to cancel it for me, even when I contacted them on the same day that I made the order????????
Got one of there shower doors from Wicks the glass in it exploaded. It damaged the bath, basin and tiles. It Wicks said that the door was faulty. It has taken over 6 months for them to renburse is for the repairs and counting. Terrible customer service and poor product quantity.
