I recently sold my house through Fetherston’s and would highly recommend them to anyone. I reached out to a few local estate agents to get clarity on the sale process and compare fees. Fetherston’s level of customer service was brilliant in comparison to their competitors and their fees were reasonable too. Mike, Gareth and the team were really helpful and easy to work with. They were very professional and made the process seamless from start to finish.
Do not trust these people they will try and get a double deposit off you and then try and keep it at end of tenancy and will also have people in doing viewings while you still live there. Avoid these people at all costs or you will be done over in the same manner I have been.
